Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers are grouped in their own clusters offering a wide variety of stimulating, age-appropriate activities that encourage positive growth and development. Clusters are supported and supervised by a Cluster Support Coordinator, who works closely with staff, children and parents to create an enriching, cooperative, and nurturing environment.
Infants

The Infant Program is based on our belief that children bond, build trust, and learn best when they live and play in an environment with consistent and loving adults who embrace and support the growth and temperament of each infant.
CCB’s Infant Program strives to meet infant needs through

- Individualized Daily Care Schedule- based on at home schedule
CCB’s Infant Teaching Staff provide children with opportunities to enjoy the wonders of their world, at their own individual pace.
- Teachers care for infants in warm and affectionate manner
- Daily needs are used as 1-1 times with each child; and turned into valuable learning experiences. These are wonderful opportunities for bonding with each child.

- Large and Small Motor Activities- Indoors/Outdoors
- Thoughtfully planned environments with age and developmentally appropriate toys
Toddlers
Explore, Experiment and Engage… this is the focus of our toddler cluster.
CCB’s Toddler Program has an emphasis on:
- growing language development
- social awareness
- independence
- self-help skills
CCB Toddler Teacher Staff work every day to facilitate growth in each of these through:
- A variety of activities in both small and large groups
- Balanced days
- Consistent routine
- Supporting toddlers’ inquisitive and active nature while developing their sense of security
- Help provide Freedom and Opportunity to make decisions
- Supporting a Toddle understanding of the social world
Toddler Classrooms will support the child’s day and creative expression through:
- Art
- Music
- Cognitive experiences
- Small and large motor coordination activities-indoor/outdoor

Preschoolers

Preschool cluster focuses on creating environments and building strong foundations for success.
CCB’s Preschool Program is structured with intentionally designed curriculum to:
- Learn to respect themselves and others
- Prepare children with readiness skills for social and academic success
- Facilitate independence and choices
- Enhanced self esteem
- Support natural abilities and curiosity

- Math and Science Exploration
- Dramatic Play
